East Hoathly Village Hall is situated in Church Marks Lane, opposite the village car park and adjacent to the Foresters Public House.  There is a stepped access from South Street but the main and wheelchair access is from Church Marks Lane.
The Hall has two main rooms, the Belmont room and the Main Hall.  There are kitchen facilities with serving hatches to both the Belmont Room and the Main Hall, Gents and Ladies toilets including toilet facility for Disabled Users, a small bar-style room with serving hatch.  There is a staged area at the far end of the Main Hall and stage curtaining with a dressing room ‘back stage’ (also used for storage).

All activities are licensed except a bar which, if needed, the hirer should get.

Hire charges for the hall are as follows:

  £8.00 per hour for in-parish hirers

  £9.00 per hour for out of parish hirers

  £11.00 per hour for all users on Saturday evenings (6pm until 1am)

  £4.00 per hour for the Belmont room only

  £15.00 cleaning fee must be added if food is served

  £75.00 deposit is required, payable at the time of booking against costs of any damage caused or if excessive cleaning is required as a result the hiring.
(This will only be banked if needed)
